At BB's Treasure Emporium (bbsgifts.com) our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. We ship to the US, Canada, and most countries around the world. If the country is able to be selected in the shopping cart during purchase then we ship to that country. Most items within the US ship with free shipping although it is a case by case depending on the packge and destination selected. There is an additional shipping charge for shipping outside of the USA. We do not gurantee customs clearing please follow all your local customs protocals to ensure that your jewelrey can be accepted and cleared through your local customs channels.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to our fulfillment office and all orders are shipped within 48 hours after the order is placed. The fulfillment office will contact the sales office if there are any issues with packages not going out.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days as we ship from Florida in the USA. US orders are shipped by USPS first class, unless a faster shipping option was purchased. After processing and leaving the fulfilment office, items shipped with UPS usually take between 3 and 14 business days to arrive at their destination depending on the state of shipping, but can take longer because of covid-19 work schedules and procedures.
